I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and Founder of New You Wellness. New You Wellness came to life in 2016 on a part time basis while working my full-time corporate job. Too often, I witnessed people (including myself) over extending themselves for their jobs and others to the detriment of their well being. So, the initial vision of New You Wellness was focused on mobile in-home sessions to address physical stress and tension. However, the onset of the pandemic forced the business to shut down temporarily. In response, New You Wellness pivoted its offerings to include virtual self-care classes, recognizing the growing need for remote wellness solutions.

After experimenting with various formats, the company found greater value in group delivery. By end of 2023, the focus shifted towards bringing wellness solutions to small business‘ teams (specifically caregivers, hospice and wellness providers) and community groups through collaborations. The mission is to bring self-care-focused resources to these groups to encourage collective and individual well being participation in order to reduce stress, improve health and establish optimal functionality daily.
